I’m a new Scout, what are some things I
should know?
First, make sure you work with a parent or guardian to
complete the pamphlet in the front of the Scout Handbook.
Our Guidebook
for New Scouts and Parents Click on the title for this LARGE PDF file.
To make sure our
Scouts can be treated should the need arise. Our Medical Consent Authority must be filled out and notarized prior to a
Scout’s first trip with the Troop.
Every Troop Meeting Scouts should bring home a Parent’s
Note. Before each activity a Scout should
also bring home an Activity Commitment & Payment Form. Here’s a generic version you can print
out.

Payment Form
If you check the online calendar, you should find a
printable slip for each activity that you can bring to the meeting. Remember any item on the calendar that is
underlined has a link to more information.
